Did you know everything in your body is connected just like a rubber band?

There are really only two ways to break a rubber band: to overextend a used one and overextend an already tight rubber band.

Your body and muscles respond to a stimulus just like this rubber band does, but through your nervous system, and every little overextension or every little pull counts.

That’s why, in our office, we have one goal: it’s to help your body and your muscles and your nervous system respond to everyday stress without it snapping.
